Hello! I recently got this camera, I also got an elgato key light for lighting got good settings on it, but there is constant flickering in the background and even on my shirt.. What can I do to fix this??

No no no avoid virginity media . An absolutely nightmare company . Tory government allowed companies like these to trade . But companies like virgin media should be banded from trading. Media companies providing internet and media should be more regulated, those that provide poor customer service and constantly but up prices mid contract should be banned.

I'll contact CF to see if Kellys are still their installer before signing up. If installation dates are missed then I have to stay with VM. I can take a weekday off once not twice. Unless they install at weekends, which I doubt. It is a pity CF once installed seems to be very good.

I am having a question about Virgin Media, it was about the videos I have recorded from a channel years later, I can't be able to watch them again recently because the channel has been removed, as it said. "No longer available" "We're Sorry, but this recording can't be viewed because Standard Definition Cartoon Network is no longer available from virgin media." I was trying to figure out a way to watch these recordings again or probably they are long gone.

Virgin media won't let any devices of mine that iv changed the os on to use the wifi if I change the Mac address to use the wifi again they flip out big time which I hate no other isp iv ever had both in the US and UK and France and Canada none have done yhat to me

My service provider is 3 UK for unlimited home 5G broadband and unlimited text calls and data on my mobile phone 6 years in and 3 UK have been fantastic I love the service. In most cases and areas 5G broadband is faster than virgin and more reliable.

The US version has these led lights too. Doesn’t have anything to do with which factory it was made.. But you are not wrong about it being build in China. All European model 3’s come from China at this moment.

I've just taken a 18 month contract out with Virgin I'm switching from talk talk which was just a basic 65mbps they wanted to increase my price and virgin was actually cheaper for 264mbps download speed. I'm a tad worried now but it's the only provider which can offer me a decent speed until things get upgraded in my area.

After more than 20 years I have moved from Virgin Media to BT/EE - Virgin's customer service is terrible. My account with Virgin was compromised - I received a telephone call from a 'Virgin Media Engineer' who had all of my details, including passwords - who requested my bank account details and planted a key logger on my computer - I know that other Virgin clients had a similar experience. My account information could only have been 'leaked' by the Virgin employees - I think that someone in one of their overseas call centres passed my account information to criminals

Virgin Media are a rip off and a shit company.

Listening to your video I would say get rid virgin. media fast. Use a 5g router as fail over. Virgin does not treat its customers well they over charge and roll you over to scam you even if you try renew contract.

Downloaded IOS18 and iPadOS18 as soon as I was able to. So far loving it man. No Apple Intelligence though but it’s awesome to see the direction Apple is going. iPadOS was a bit disappointing, I was expecting much more but the calculator app got me hyped. Lol Awesome video bro!

I'm on the 1Gbps. Reliability fine - no downtime yet. I'm not using the Linksys router but my old Asus WiFi 5 router. I'll change to a WiFi 6 maybe later but I digress. I need to replace the ethernet port in the wall near my PC so have been using WiFi for a while for gaming. I do get random lag spikes when playing CS2 which I never got on Virgin, again with the same Asus router. Otherwise it's pretty damn fast vs my old 362Mbps setup and much cheaper. There's one other issue. It has some quirks with my alarm system of late. I was getting a Comm Fault on my panel and looking into it, I called CF to get the MAC address cache cleared. For good measure I also cloned the Linksys MAC address - it had previously worked fine without cloning, but it appears the cache clear on their end sorted my comms fault. It has shown up once since I sorted it last week but since then it's been fine again. Keeping an eye on the situation.

I joined CF last month on a 3Gbps package because of your video. Like you, I have had a lot of hurdles with Virgin Media. With CF, It was a mess from the installation to the usage of the technicolor. The wifi speed is excellent (900mbps up/890mbps down), but the issue is on browsing the Internet; loading pages take a while to load. My last Engineer visit was yesterday, and even he couldn't understand why I have a good wifi speed, but everything takes a long time to load(UA-cam, Google Chrome, etc...). He replaced the technicolor and the adtran box and asked me to observe for the next 24 hours. But 24 hours later and nothing has changed. I have just decided to plug the linksys node directly to the adtran and I have turned off the technicolor router. To my surprise, everything is running smoothly. But what's the problem with the technicolor, though? Did I miss something?

Community fibre playing hard ball by not accepting end of term notice for not to renew the contract. Very strange. It papers it is in the business of casting hooks laced with bates. This will most certainly put people off. I blame the government for killing the local consumer protection departments. I guess one can always go to UK courts especially if a person can manage his claim himself.

been with them just under a year, very happy with the 3gbps service, and not being limited to CGNAT.

I’ve just had community fibre installed and there is an Adtran on the wall which connects to the linksy router. My gaming desktop is only getting about 100Mbps download on the 1GB package, but plugged into the Adtran I get the 1GB down and up. There is only one port on the Adtran so can’t go Ethernet to PC and Ethernet to the linksy (which gives the 1GB of WiFi but not Ethernet). Any recommendations please? 🙏🏼

Just made the switch today from sky for 1gbs for £26 a month my installation date is the 10th of June I hope it goes smoothly as it cheaper then sky and much faster as a phone line is not required and I never used it anyways I hope it goes smoothly

Considering you are so techie the sound on this is very boomy and does encourage me to return.

I just bought this camera. My original Facecam is nice and bright and sharp, but this one is all dark and gray. Then when I set it up in Camera Hub, I can get it looking better, but when I bring it into OBS, it looks and again. And it's nowhere near as good as my original Facecam. Could there be something wrong with it?

Did you get extra routers from Community Fibre to expand the network and a mesh network? I did and it is fiddly to set up and doesn't seem to work well.
